Cancellation Policy
- Bess Practice, LLC requires that a 24 hour notice is given, if needing to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel within that time frame will result in $75 charge per session.
- Bess Practice, LLC provides super bills for insurances that are not accepted as in-network provider. You will be given an invoice of services rendered and paid each visit. You will then take responsibility of submitting to insurance carrier for reimbursement of therapy services provided. It should be noted that not all insurance carriers will reimburse for services out of network.
